We do not make money from shipping charges. We charge only the actual costs. Shipping charges are based on actual UPS rates. Factors include the weight, size of your package, and destination.

Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?

Not generally. We will waive this policy for customers who have done frequent business with us but due to credit card fraud risks, we will not ship orders from new customers to any address other than the billing address of the credit card holder. Please contact your credit card company to find out how your shipping address can be added to the file as a one-time or alternate shipping address.

Currently GlobalPets.com gladly accepts the following Credit Cards as payment for your order: American Express, Discover, Google Checkout, Master Card, PayPal, and VISA. 
 
Return Policy:

Shop Online with Confidence. GlobalPets.com is dedicated to ensuring you are pleased with the merchandise you purchase from us. We offer a money back guarantee for new unopened and unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) should be in resalable condition and in their original product packaging with all parts and accessories. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We can not accept returns without a return authorization number (RMA number) . If you send an item without a valid RMA #, the package will not be accepted. Please use our Contact Us form tab on top of this page to email us for complete instructions on how to handle the return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number) will be issued and at the same time you will be instructed where to return the merchandise. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid, we recommend sending the product via a traceable carrier (ie: UPS, FedEx) and insured for the value of the contents. The cost of the merchandise, minus shipping will be refunded to you. If you elect, a credit can be applied to your GlobalPets account to be used towards future purchases, let us know which you prefer. If a package is refused, there will be a 25% restocking fee plus the charge for the actual shipping fee back to GlobalPets.com. You will not be issued credit for the original shipping cost. It is the customers responsibility to provide us the correct delivery address. If you have any questions at all, e-mail us before purchasing. It is always better to clear any doubts before purchasing. We do not manufacture any of the items we sell, we are simply a retailer. It is up to the buyer to determine the suitability of any product to meet their needs and to independently verify any critical information in the items description. Submission of an order to us for processing indicates your acceptance of the terms outlined here online. All of our Products are Brand New - Not Manufacture Seconds or Refurbished product.
Returning items with Free Shipping: If your order was part of a Free Shipping Promotion and you return any portion of that order for any reason, the original shipping cost incurred by us to ship your merchandise to you will be deducted from any possible refund. Your purchase indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Very Important: If you do not hear back from us within 72 hours, make sure our e-mail's are not blocked by your spam filters. Try using a different e-mail Address.

Order Discrepancies:

Please make sure to check your order within 72 hours of receiving it. Even if you are purchasing the items for use later, you must inspect your shipment for accuracy. If there is a discrepancy with any part of the order, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery via email so that we can resolve the issue. If we are not notified within 72 hours, we will not be able to assist you.

Defective Merchandise:

If you feel the item you received is defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please use the Contact Us tab above to complete the form on the website or call us at 800-779-8739 for further assistance.

Damaged Merchandise:

At times, product may get damaged in shipping. If this is the case, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, so that we can resolve the issue. Please remember to keep the box and packing material the merchandise arrived in. We can replace the unused damaged merchandise or issue a refund once the damaged item has been returned to us. Your satisfaction is our goal.

Shipping and Delivery:

Most orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground Service or US Postal Service. Orders are normally processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. If there are any delays in processing your order, you will be notified. Normal delivery within the continental United States is 2-6 business days. Items with Free Shipping or Free Shipping Promotion applies to addresses within the Continental United States only. Please contact us if your shipping address is outside the Continental United States.  

Reminder for our International Customers. Import duties and taxes will be borne by the recipient. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
