The cost of the merchandise, minus shipping will be refunded to you. If you elect, a credit can be applied to your GlobalPets account to be used towards future purchases, let us know which you prefer. If a package is refused, there will be a 25% restocking fee plus the charge for the actual shipping fee back to GlobalPets.com You will not be issued credit for the original shipping cost. Returning items with Free Shipping: If your order was part of a Free Shipping Promotion and you return any portion of that order for any reason, the original shipping cost incurred by us to ship your merchandise to you will be deducted from any possible refund.
