We offer a money back guarantee for new unopened and unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) should be in resaleable condition and in their original product packaging with all parts and accessories. There is no returns on KidCo items. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We can not accept returns without a return authorization number (RMA number) . If you send an item without a valid RMA #, the package will not be accepted. Please use our contact us form for complete instructions on how to handle the return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number) will be issued and at the same time you will be instructed where to return the merchandise. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid, we recommend sending the product via a traceable carrier (ie: UPS, FedEx) and insured for the value of the contents. The cost of the merchandise, minus shipping will be refunded to you. If you elect, a credit can be applied to your GlobalPets account to be used towards future purchases, let us know which you prefer. If a package is refused, there will be a 25% restocking fee plus the charge for the actual shipping fee back to GlobalPets.com You will not be issued credit for the original shipping cost. It is the customers responsibility to provide us the correct delivery address. If you have any questions at all, e-mail us before purchasing. Order Discrepancies
Please make sure to check your order within 72 hours of receiving it. Even if you are purchasing the items for use later, you must inspect your shipment for accuracy. If there is a discrepancy with any part of the order, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery via email so that we can resolve the issue. If we are not notified within 72 hours, we will not be able to assist you.
Defective Merchandise:

Damaged Merchandise:
At times, product may get damaged in shipping. If this is the case, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt , so that we can resolve the issue. Please remember to keep the box and packing material the merchandise arrived in. We can replace the unused damaged merchandise or issue a refund once the damaged item has been returned to us. Your satisfaction is our goal.
